Online Meetings and Communication — How to do it Right

As international organizations operate throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, the use of virtual communication platforms has increased dramatically. Executives and managers need new guidelines for improving communication skills to enhance virtual communication with international partners. The purpose of this session is to discuss the necessary skills of successful online communication. Key concepts will include the importance of self-awareness, verbal and nonverbal communication cues in online meetings, and best practices for reducing frustration in online communication environments.
