Iowa Fire Chief Purposefully Starts Numerous Fires, Gets Arrested

The assistant chief of the Oxford Fire Department in Iowa was arrested and charged with five counts of third-degree arson for fires he allegedly started throughout Johnson County on March 27, April 13, and April 21. Additionally, he faces a public intoxication charge for an unrelated incident on April 23.
