SBA – The Small Business Administration (SBA) has three programs to help companies develop their export business. Export Express Program Loans of up to $500,000 allow exporters to finance: the costs of traveling overseas in search of purchase orders, small working capital needs, purchase of capital equipment and small plant expansion projects. Export Working Capital Program (EWCP)Credit Lines of up to $5million allow exporters to finance the costs of filling those large purchase orders when they are received. International Trade Loan (ITL) Program Loans of up to $5million finance capital expenditures that result as foreign purchase order volume increases.
